Adult Social Care and Prevention: Working Together

Working Together is Adult Social Care and Prevention’s co‑production and public engagement service. Supporting residents, carers, community groups and partners to get involved in shaping adult social care and prevention services across the city.

They use co-design, co-production activities with people so that services, information and support reflect real experiences and what matters to local people.

They work together with

  • People living in Newcastle (or supporting someone in Newcastle) who have used Adult Social care and Prevention services
  • Residents of Newcastle who may use Adult Social care and Prevention services in future.
  • unpaid carers
  • Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector groups and other local organisations supporting people in Newcastle
  • Services commissioned by Newcastle City Council to support health, wellbeing and care.
