The Newcastle Safeguarding Adults Board (NSAB) is a group of organisations who make sure adults with care and support needs are safe from abuse and neglect. They agree policy and procedures which say how organisations will work together when an adult is at risk of abuse or neglect. This an advice service only. If you are told about or witness an incident of adult abuse, are the victim of adult abuse or think abuse may be happening. You can:

• contact Adult Social CarePoint at Newcastle City Council
• complete an online safeguarding form
• contact someone you trust, such as a GP, nurse, police officer or care worker. They will pass on your concerns to the safeguarding agencies.
