Newcastle Homelessness Service- Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (CNTW)

Newcastle Homelessness service at CNTW Trust provides assessment and treatment for adults over 18  who are homeless or who are living in insecure accommodation and who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health. In some circumstances someone aged 16-18 years may be offered an assessment then referred to an appropriate service.
