The NewBridge Project

The NewBridge Project is an artist-led space based at the Shieldfield Centre. They support artists, local communities and residents. They provide a creative space for making, meeting and learning. They run a varied programme of exhibitions, projects, skills development, community events and a youth programme. Their activities include:

• The Wardrobe: second clothing resource for trans, non-binary and genderqueer people. They collect donations of clothing and provide a safe space to try them on
• Memory Cafe: First Thursday of the month at Forum Cafe
• Community Coffee Mornings: every Monday 11am to 1pm
• Saturday Socials: first Saturday of the month 1pm to 4pm
