Building Connections is an online service from The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) for young people up to the age of 19, helping them to find a way through loneliness. Young people work with a trained befriender, who guides them and helps build confidence each step of the way.

JOB4ME supports ethnically minoritised residents in Newcastle to learn English, health & financial literacy, access digital support, and progress into volunteering or work, promoting inclusion, equality, and diversity through funded community programmes.

Digital Pathfinders helps SMEs, charities and social enterprises across Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland become more successful and resilient by adopting digital technology.
