Wellbeing Hubs are warm welcoming local venues, such as libraries and community centres where you can spend time and get support such as hot drinks, free wifi, a place to charge your devices, information, advice and more. You can use our Wellbeing Hub finder to find your nearest hub.

Andy’s Man Club

Andy’s Man Club are a Peer to Peer support group for any man over 18. They’re a national charity that encourages men to talk when they are struggling. They have online groups as well as local face to face groups. You can see the different club locations on their website.

The Newcastle support group meets every Monday at 7pm.
