Dale Care

Dale Care is a provider of home care services. They are registered with the CQC and inspected for their personal care service. You can read the full CQC report and rating below.

They provide home care for people

  • aged 65 years and over
  • who have learning disabilities and/or autism aged 18 years and over
  • with mental health needs aged 18 years and over
  • with physical disabilities, including sensory impairment aged 18 years and over
  • aged 18 years and over with specific needs, for example, dementia, end-of-life, palliative care, and sudden onset brain injury

Services they provide include:

  • personal care: bathing, dressing, hair and foot care
  • preparing and eating food
  • medication and dressings
  • moving around your house and transfers from or to bed/chair/toilet
  • help to carry out everyday tasks independently
  • household tasks to keep the home tidy, safe and clean
  • help with getting out and about easily
  • support to attend meetings, appointments, social activities
  • shopping and errands
  • collecting benefits or money
  • dealing with correspondence
  • companionship

Dale Care are commissioned by Newcastle City Council to provide home care services for adults.
