Living Well North
Living Well North provide support, domiciliary care, companionship and dementia day services for people in Newcastle, and across the North East. They can support you and your family to live independently with short or long term support. Their services are CQC registered.
Their domiciliary care service (also known as home care) can support you with:
- getting dressed and other daily living actvities.
- help to attend appointments
- home from hospital support
- help with medication, stoma care , catheter care and PEG feeding
- support for dementia, long term conditions. mental health conditions and end of life

Their home support service can help you with:
- cleaning at home
- cooking at home
- shopping
- befriending and companionship
- connecting with your local community
Home support service from £16.50
Living Well North’s Dementia Day Service provides a full day of tailored care, activities and support for people living with dementia. The day service is hosted at Denton Burn Methodist Church which has Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) compliant facilities. They offer
- Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (MCST) actvities to support memory, communication and wellbeing
- creative arts and crafts
- music and dance
- memory games and exercises
- group discussion and social time
- meals, refreshments and snacks
- scheduled services such as hairdressers
