• older people aged 65 years and over
• people who have learning disabilities and/or autism aged 18 years and over
• people with mental health needs aged 18 years and over
• people with physical disabilities, including sensory impairment aged 18 years and over
• people aged 18 years and over with specific needs, for example, dementia, end of life, palliative care and sudden onset brain injury

Their home care services include:

• Personal Care: washing and dressing
• Preparing food and drinks
• Support to eat meals and take medication
• Daily living support: Domestic, laundry, shopping
• Support to attend meetings, medical appointments, social activities
• Companionship
• Support to access the community
• Overnight support at home
• Support for carers to enable them to take a break from their caring responsibilities
