Northern Learning Trust

Northern Learning Trust aim to help disadvantaged people and communities with complex needs to improve their lives.  They use informal learning and mentoring to build confidence and skills and help people find solutions to their problems.  They help with learning and skills; employment support and mentoring.

Hives are located at Newbiggin Hall and Walker. At the Hive you can get support in a variety of areas, including:

• career advice and guidance
• support with job search, job applications and interviews
• find training or a course that will improve your prospects
• help update or devise your CV
• help improve or gain qualifications in English and Maths
• improve your ICT skills
