Cowgate Centre
Cowgate Community Centre is a hub which is run in partnership between Action for Children, Children North East, Healthworks, and Riverside Community Health Project. Each of the partners may operate slightly different opening times, but the centre times are listed below.
Children and Families Hubs links with smaller organisations and services across their locality, including the voluntary sector organisations and schools to create a network of buildings in each locality.
Services that will be available from hubs include: health visiting, family support, community midwifery, mental health support, children’s therapies, youth provision, training opportunities, childcare and employability services.

The Cowgate Centre is managed by The Newcastle Community Asset Trust (NCAT)

Cowgate community centre is a Wellbeing Hub. They’re a warm welcoming place to spend time in Newcastle. They offer a range of support such as hot drinks, free Wi-Fi, place to charge your devices, information, advice and more. Read more about Wellbeing Hubs
