Riverside Community Health Project

Riverside Community Health Project is a Community hub. The Carnegie centre is a partner in the Children and Families Hub with Action for Children, Children North East and  Healthworks through which services that will be available from hubs include: health visiting, family support, community midwifery, mental health support, children’s therapies, youth provision, training opportunities and childcare.

Welfare rights benefits sessions are held on a Tuesday 9.30 am to 2.30 pm and Wednesday 9.30 am to 11.30 am (appointment only)
