The Care and Support Group

The Care and Support Group is a provider of home care and supported living services. They are registered with the CQC.

The Care and Support Group provides support for:

  • Older people aged 65 years and over
  • Adults with learning disabilities and/or autism
  • Adults with mental health needs
  • Adults with physical disabilities, including sensory impairment
  • Adults with specific needs, such as dementia, end of life and palliative care, or sudden onset brain injury

What they offer

Home Care Services

  • personal care: washing, dressing, daily routines
  • preparing healthy meals and help with eating if needed
  • household tasks to keep the home tidy, safe and clean such as laundry
  • help to take medication and reminders
  • help with shopping
  • support to attend meetings, appointments and social activities
  • companionship and help connecting to your community
  • overnight care and respite services to give carers a break

Supported Living Services

  • safe, supportive housing so you can live as independently as possible.
  • Daily living support: help with your daily routine, managing your tenancy, and learning life skills.
  •  Health and wellbeing: support to stay healthy, build confidence, and become more independent.
  • help to make friends, join in with your community, and work towards your personal goals.
