St Anne’s Community Services

St Anne’s Community Services offers flexible care and support service to meet individual needs.  Service include supported living and support in your own home. They support people with:

• learning disabilities
• physical disabilities
• mental health issues
• complex needs

to meet their goals, maximise their independence and improve their emotional and physical wellbeing.

They will also support people to attend their appointments and manage their medication.
