Age UK is a charity which supports older people. They provide a range of information and advice online about growing older. including wills, energy advice, what to do when someone dies, benefits advice and more. They provide telephone befriending, advice and more

The National Dementia Helpline provides information, advice, and support through listening, guidance and appropriate signposting to anyone affected by dementia

Beacon gives free independent advice on NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS funded nursing care (CHC). They have a free telephone helpline and online information. They also provide paid for services

Citizens Advice Newcastle (CAN) give free, confidential and independent advice to people who live, work or study in Newcastle. They are based at City Library and run drop in sessions or you can make an appointment.
