Changing Lives

Changing Lives supports people experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, addictions or long-term unemployment. They provide specialist women’s and family services. Their services include:

  • Drug and alcohol recovery services
  • Supported accommodation to help you get back on your feet quicker
  • Changing Lives Sanctum
  • Specialist accommodation for veterans, young people, women in recovery with their children and for people escaping domestic violence or modern day slavery
  • Women Only Treatment Space at ReCoCo Recovery College on Tuesdays
  • Employment support for over 18s to access free training and support
  • Food redistribution service
  • Volunteering opportunities
  • Fulfilling Lives supporting people with multiple and complex needs
  • Charity shops
  • Affordable furniture warehouse

  • Cleaning items
  • Sanitary items
  • Homeware eg cooking items
  • Decorations for homes

Changing Lives is commissioned by Newcastle City Council  to deliver:

  • Crisis response and homelessness and prevention services
  • Sexual health services
  • Drugs and alcohol services
