Riverside Community Health Project at Carnegie Community Hub
Riverside Community Health Project is a Community Hub that runs activities and support for people in Newcastle. This includes:
- Children and families support: health visiting, community midwifery, mental health support, children’s therapies, youth provision, and childcare
- Under 5’s activities
- Accredited and non-accredited training
- Volunteering opportunities
- Migrant support
- Welfare support
- Women’s group
- Exercise sessions and healthy living support
- Family events
Riverside Community Health Project is part of Children & Families Newcastle Early Help at Newcastle City Council.
The Carnegie Building also has meeting rooms and venue space for up to 80 people available for hire. Audio-visual equipment and Wi-Fi is available in every room. The building and toilets are wheelchair accessible and there is on-street parking available nearby.
