The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is responsible for welfare, pensions and child maintenance policy. The department administers the State Pension and a range of working age, disability and ill health benefits. Their services include:

• Child Maintenance Service is a service for separated parents. They can help you make financial arrangements for your children.
• Jobcentre Plus contact them for help to find work and claim work related state benefits
• Pension Service contact them for help with your current or future pension. This includes:  retirement information, how to claim your state pension or report a change in your circumstances. They can help people who live abroad too. They provide benefits such as:
