Working Together is Adult Social Care and Prevention’s co‑production and public engagement service. Supporting residents, carers, community groups and partners to get involved in shaping adult social care and prevention services across the city.

Complaints and Compliments at Newcastle City Council can help if you are not happy with the service that you receive from the Council, or if you feel that something has gone wrong. If something has gone well, you can send them a compliment about the service too. Your feedback helps to improve the services.

Provide advice and support to find an informal way to resolve your complaint of discrimination by explaining your rights under the Equality Act 2010 and advising on the best way to progress your complaint.

The NHS Independent Complaints Advocacy (ICA) for Newcastle can help if you feel you have not had the service you expect from the National Health Service (NHS) and want to complain.

Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman can help you to make a complaint about a public service or the NHS.  The service is free, fair and open to everyone.

The Patient Safety Commissioner promotes patient safety with medicines and medical devices. They also promote patients’ voices. They want to hear from patients about their experiences to help improve the healthcare services for everyone.

The Patients Association has a national telephone and email helpline for anyone trying to navigate health and care systems in the UK. The helpline service is free and confidential.  They provide guidance and signposting on how to: make a complaint, understand social care, see your medical records, get a second opinion and more

Victim Support (VS) is the independent charity for people affected by crime and traumatic events in England and Wales. Their specialist teams provide individual, independent, emotional and practical help to enable people to cope and recover from the effects of crime.
