Citizens Advice offers online information which includes advice and resources and tools.

Citizens Advice Newcastle (CAN) give free, confidential and independent advice to people who live, work or study in Newcastle. They are based at City Library and run drop in sessions or you can make an appointment.

Citizens Advice Northumberland provide free, confidential, impartial advice in the North East on a range of issues, including debt, fuel debt, welfare benefits, housing, employment, relationships, etc. It has offices throughout Northumberland.

Newcastle City Library offers library services, events and activities, computer access and more.

It has a Changing Place accessible toilet. These toilets have equipment to help you to get on and off the toilet, or to change your continence pad, and have equipment such as a hoist, a height-adjustable changing bench and a shower. These toilets have more space so your carer or carers can help you if needed. There is a changing area with screens or curtains to give you some privacy .Visit the Changing Places website the opening times and how access them.
