Citizens Advice Newcastle (CAN) give free, confidential and independent advice to people who live, work or study in Newcastle. They are based at City Library and run drop in sessions or you can make an appointment.

Citizens Advice Northumberland provide free, confidential, impartial advice in the North East on a range of issues, including debt, fuel debt, welfare benefits, housing, employment, relationships, etc. It has offices throughout Northumberland.
