Age UK is a charity which supports older people. They provide a range of information and advice online about growing older. including wills, energy advice, what to do when someone dies, benefits advice and more. They provide telephone befriending, advice and more

Building Futures East Community hub at Tree Top Village offers free activities and one to one support

Byker Community Trust is a Housing Association. They support their tenants with: benefits advice, including Universal Credit and tax credits, access to employment support and training.

The Help through Crisis project works with socially disadvantaged and vulnerable families. The project is ran by Changing Lives in partnership with North East Law Centre and Connected Voice Advocacy

Citizens Advice Newcastle (CAN) give free, confidential and independent advice to people who live, work or study in Newcastle. They are based at City Library and run drop in sessions or you can make an appointment.

They offer training so you can learn how to manage your money well and avoid financial problems in the future. They can help you claim benefits, manage debt, find an affordable loan, budget, and find a good energy deal.
